Black Stars arrive in Kumasi for Angola encounter

The Black Stars have arrived in Kumasi from Accra to continue their preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
Upon arrival, 22 players, including Fatawu Issahaku, Thomas Partey, Antoine Semenyo, and Brandon Thomas-Asante, were seen at the regional airport. Jordan Ayew is expected to join the squad later.

Training schedule
The team is scheduled to train at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the evening, gearing up for their upcoming clash against Angola.
The players had their first training session on Monday, September 2, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This session saw ten players participating under the supervision of head coach Otto Addo and his technical team, who have recently recovered from a car accident.

Upcoming matches
Ghana will face Angola on Thursday, September 5, before traveling to Berkane, Morocco, for their second Group F match against Niger on Monday, September 9, 2024.
