In a disturbing incident that has sent shockwaves through the quiet community of Anomansa in Senya Bereku, Central Region, police have arrested 18-year-old Isaac Gyan, also known locally as Kwame Okoto, for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl.

The young victim bravely reported the ordeal to the Senya Bereku District Police Command on Saturday, May 23. According to her account, the suspect lured her to his room around 6:00 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026, claiming he wanted to speak with her.

Once inside, Gyan quickly locked the door, preventing her escape. Despite her fierce resistance and emotional pleas informing him that she was menstruating, the 18-year-old allegedly overpowered the minor and defiled her.
