Court dismisses false case against Amardeep and Sanamdeep Hari

The Accra Circuit Court has struck out the case against IPMC Executive Chairman Amardeep Singh Hari and Sanamdeep Singh Hari, bringing the proceedings to a close without any adverse findings.
The matter arose from allegations of gold theft attributed to Niharika Handa.
Her ex business partners Amardeep and Sanamdeep Singh Hari rejected the allegations unequivocally as false, baseless and without any merit.
The case did not enter the trial stage.
By its order dated 11 June 2026, the court formally struck out the case, bringing the matter to an end.
