The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has praised Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, for his exceptional leadership during the parliamentary session on Tuesday, October 22.
In a statement signed by NDC General Secretary, Mr. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, the party highlighted Speaker Bagbin’s “masterclass” handling of parliamentary affairs, commending him for prioritizing the interests of Parliament and the people of Ghana.
The NDC emphasized that Speaker Bagbin’s mature and independent leadership has enhanced the integrity of Parliament, and they expressed confidence that parliamentary processes will continue to uphold the will of the people over partisan agendas.
The statement also lauded the NDC Majority Caucus for their resoluteness in defending the truth and resisting any attempts to subvert the will of the people, affirming the party’s commitment to democratic governance and a prosperous future for all Ghanaians.
