Patricia Asiamah, alias Nana Agradaa, and a co-accused have filed notice of plea bargaining in a case involving the alleged non-consensual sharing of nude photos.
Nana Agradaa, founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, and Charles Omane, also known as One Gig, submitted the notice in connection with the distribution of nude images of Prophet Emmanuel Appiah Fomum.
Meanwhile, a third accused, Enock Owusu Kissi, is contesting a High Court ruling that dismissed his submission of no case and ordered him to open his defence.
The accused, including Agradaa—a serving convict—were scheduled to open their defence, but proceedings have been adjourned to October 21, 2025, pending the outcome of the plea negotiations.
Agradaa faces charges of non-consensual distribution and possession of intimate images.
Her co-accused are charged with abetment in the dissemination of the said images, allegedly aired on Thunder TV in 2021.
All three accused persons have pleaded not guilty.
Agradaa allegedly aired the nude pictures of Prophet Emmanuel Appiah, also known as Osofo Biblical, who was accused of engaging in a sexual act with a woman.
Prophet Appiah proceeded to court over Agradaa’s conduct, alleging that the airing of the alleged video violated his rights to dignity and privacy.
Agradaa is serving a 15-year jail term after she was found guilty of engaging in charlatanic advertisements and two counts of defrauding by false pretences.
