National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has reiterated the party’s unwavering commitment to fulfilling its pledges, assuring Ghanaians that the NDC government is already transforming its development vision into visible progress.

Asiedu Nketia made the remarks during a tour of Ketu South, Keta, Anloga, and neighbouring districts, where he was met with jubilant crowds who described his visit as a testament to leadership accountability and deep grassroots engagement.

According to him, the NDC’s vision for Ghana is built on inclusive growth, job creation, improved infrastructure, and expanded opportunities for the youth—priorities he said are gradually taking shape under the current administration.

“Our government is focused on tangible progress — not promises on paper. Some of our initiatives require time to mature, but others are already in motion, reflecting our resolve to deliver practical results,” he told cheering supporters.

Asiedu Nketia explained that the regional tour was part of the party’s wider initiative to reconnect with its grassroots base and evaluate ongoing development projects to ensure that citizens’ needs directly inform national policy.

In the Volta coastal districts, the tour generated widespread enthusiasm, with community leaders and youth groups commending the NDC leadership for sustaining open dialogue with the people.

Many expressed confidence that the visit would further accelerate development in their areas.

Reaffirming the NDC’s founding values, Asiedu Nketia emphasised that the party remains steadfast in its mission to build a fair, transparent, and people-centred government—urging Ghanaians to maintain faith in the NDC’s vision for a united and prosperous nation.

“The NDC is not just promising change — we are delivering it,” he declared.
