Melcom Group, Ghana’s leading supermarket chain, has strongly denied rumors and speculations suggesting changes in its ownership.
In a statement released by the company, Melcom urged the public to disregard the misinformation and refrain from spreading it further.
“We wish to inform the general public and all stakeholders that there has been no change in the ownership structure of Melcom Ltd. and its subsidiaries,” the statement read.
The company emphasized that it remains a privately held entity with no external shareholding.
