The Janet O. Boadi Foundation has once again demonstrated its commitment to the holistic development of children by organizing a highly impactful Back-to-School Health Screening at the Ayi Mensah Basic School.

The initiative, carried out with health practitioners from The Bank Hospital, brought together students, teachers, and community members to ensure that learners were physically prepared for the new academic year.

The health screenings provided valuable checks and guidance, reaffirming the importance of student well-being as a cornerstone of academic performance.

Beyond healthcare, the Foundation extended its support by donating essential stationery items including books, pencils, pens, and other supplies to equip the pupils with the tools they need to thrive academically.

Recognizing dedication within the school, the Foundation also honoured the headmaster and several hardworking teachers, underscoring the vital role educators play in shaping the future of the community.

Speaking at the event, Founder and CEO, Janet Osei-Boadi, emphasized the dual purpose of the initiative: “This program is not only about prioritizing the health of our children but also about empowering them with the resources necessary for academic success. At the Janet O. Boadi Foundation, we remain steadfast in our mission to nurture both the health and education of young learners.”

The event marked yet another milestone in the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to foster a brighter, healthier, and more educated future for children in local communities.
