IMF hails Akufo-Addo’s economic reforms, pandemic response

The Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva, has lauded former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his administration’s economic reforms and adept management of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a letter marking the conclusion of Akufo-Addo’s tenure, Georgieva praised the proactive measures implemented under his leadership, emphasizing their critical role in mitigating the pandemic’s economic impact and maintaining macroeconomic stability.
