As the District Chief Executive for Nandom District, Dr. Kuupiel pioneered the creation of the district’s first Medium Term Development Plan (2013–2017).
His leadership also ensured the successful implementation of key social protection initiatives, including the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) and Labour-Intensive Public Works (LIPW) programs across over 40 communities.
