Prudential Bank has been adjudged the Best Bank in Customer Experience Management and Excellence in Customer Experience at the 2025 Africa Bank 4.0 (West Africa) Awards ceremony held in Accra.
The awards ceremony, organised by the internationally acclaimed BII World and hosted by ICPS of the HPS Group, recognised Prudential Bank for its stellar performance in customer experience over the years.
The event, which brought together bankers, FinTech operators, regulators, and other tech-oriented individuals across West Africa, was held in Accra in February.
Third major recognition in three months
The latest recognition by BII World marks the third time in three months that a reputable organisation has acknowledged Prudential Bank’s excellence in customer service delivery.
In December 2024, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) awarded the Bank the CIMG 2023 Best Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Consumer Banking, CIMG 2023 Five-Star Bank in Customer Satisfaction – Business Banking, and Five-Star Bank in Service Quality – Business Banking at its Customer Service Awards.
This was followed by recognition at the 18th Connected Banking West Africa Innovation and Excellence Awards 2025, also held in February, where the bank won the Excellence in Customer Experience award.

Commenting on the hat-trick of institutional recognitions, Executive Director for Retail and Commercial Banking, Ebow Quayson, said the accolades were a testament to the Bank’s passion for making the customer the centre of its activities.
