Access Bank Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to rewarding customers loyalty and promoting a savings culture with the first mega draw of its flagship “Fa Ketewa Bɛgye Kɛseɛ” promotion.

The draw, held in Accra, saw lucky customers walk away with substantial cash prizes and exciting subscription packages.

Speaking at the event, Head of Product Capabilities at Access Bank, Michael Gyabaah, said the campaign is designed not only to reward customers but also to reinforce the importance of cultivating savings habits among Ghanaians.

“At Access Bank, we believe in rewarding the loyalty of our customers. We’ve operated in Ghana for some time now, and the environment has been very receptive to us. This promotion is our way of giving back to society,” he said.

According to him, the promotion is anchored on two key objectives: “First, to drive home the idea that savings—no matter how small—is fundamental to building long-term financial security. Secondly, it is to reward our loyal customers who continue to entrust us with their banking needs.”

The first mega draw saw winners take home GH¢15,000, GH¢30,000, and GH¢50,000 respectively.

Winners of the mini draw were presented with a range of attractive prizes, including premium subscriptions to platforms like Spotify, Amazon, and Netflix.

Some Tier 1 winners received GH¢1,500, Tier 2 winners received GH¢4,000, and Tier 3 winners walked away with GH¢8,000 credited directly to their accounts.

He explained that the campaign still has more to offer: “We’re just getting started. We’ve done just one of three mega draws. Two more mini draws and one more mega draw remain, so there’s still an opportunity for more customers to win.”

To qualify for the draw, customers are required to deposit a minimum of GH¢250.

“As simple as that, even if it means skipping one bowl of waakye, just put that GH¢250 into your savings and you could win,” he said. “

He also clarified that winners from previous draws are still eligible to win again. “Nothing stops a winner today from winning again. It’s all about your luck, so don’t stop participating,” he urged.

The “Fa Ketewa Bɛgye Kɛseɛ” promotion runs monthly and is part of Access Bank’s broader effort to improve financial inclusion and empower customers through meaningful rewards.

Michael Gyabaah thanked customers for their continued loyalty and encouraged more Ghanaians to participate in the upcoming draws to stand a chance of winning big.

The draw was supervised by officials from the National Lottery Authority (NLA), ensuring full transparency and credibility.

Brand Manager of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Beryl Adom, lauded the partnership with Access Bank and affirmed the transparency of the draw process.

“We are delighted to partner with Access Bank to bring you the Fa Ketewa Bɛgye Kɛseɛ promotion. Access Bank has been a consistent partner, and we want to commend them for their dedication to giving back to society,” she said.

She explained that through such collaborations, the NLA is able to contribute to social development via its Good Causes Foundation.

“To the public, this may look like just another draw. But to us, it’s a way of giving back meaningfully to society.”

Touching on the integrity of the draw process, she assured participants of fairness and transparency.

“As a regulator, we are here to supervise the draw. The draw is run through a randomised system with no human intervention. Our presence is a guarantee that the process is fair and transparent,” she added.

She wished all participants the best of luck and assured them that the winning numbers were the true and unbiased outcome of the randomised system.
