The Ghana Police Service has arrested three persons in connection with a robbery that occurred at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region.
The arrests were carried out by the Surveillance Unit of the National Operations Directorate (NOD) after investigations into the incident, which took place on January 18, 2026.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, February 5, 2026, police said two armed men attacked a residence at Kwabenya and stole two iPhone 17 Pro Max mobile phones, a gold necklace, an Apple Watch, GH¢14,000 in cash, a car key, and US$300.
Police further disclosed that the robbers forced the victim to log out of his iCloud account on one of the stolen phones before fleeing the scene.
Following weeks of intelligence-led operations, three suspects were arrested and identified as Francis Amo, alias Agogo; Anthony Boateng, alias Aisha Kojo; and Musah Ibrahim, alias Coded. Ibrahim is believed to have acted as the receiver of the stolen items.

According to police, all three suspects have admitted their involvement in the crime.
A search at the residence of Anthony Boateng led to the retrieval of one iPhone 17 Pro Max, an Apple Watch, and a Samsung Fold phone. Officers also recovered offensive weapons, including a truncheon, a short machete, knives, scissors, lighters, and a face shield.

The suspects are currently in police custody, assisting with investigations, while efforts continue to recover the remaining stolen items and arrest other individuals connected to the robbery.
